Light Anomaly

This is from a camcorder that is running on a tripod facing the spiral staircase of an old location on the east coast of Fife in Scotland. It was the only such anomaly captured and had a really distinctive way of moving. I am not claiming paranormal origin and sharing it for the public to make up there own minds.
