Loads in this instantly between talking it says "Message" blink and you miss it, then I hear "They know penalty" "I do" then there a cluster at end. unmistaken voices though.
So we have an unknown, then a whispered "Ryan" a few more unknown with a load "Hear Me" at end.
The files underwent noise reduction, with some being slightly slowed down, but most remain very close to their original state. By training my ear to various potential accents, I can discern different things. It's important to consider that nothing is definitively clear; it's an interpretation of low bitrate audio. However, we can all agree that they contain voices!
