Why Investigate With Us?
Our investigations are led by Ryan O’Neill and Greg Stewart, bringing together more than four decades of experience in paranormal research, historical investigation and public events.
Ryan is a technology specialist, published author and paranormal researcher featured on the Discovery+ series Spooked Scotland and Spooked Ireland with Chris Fleming, Gail Porter & Evelyn Hollow.
Greg is the author of more than twenty historical and paranormal books, a recognised specialist in Scottish history and folklore, paranormal researcher and has contributed to productions including Help! My House is Haunted, Ghosts Off Grid, Haunted Places and Spooked Scotland.
They are supported by an experienced team of investigators, technical specialists and mediums, each bringing their own skills and perspective to the investigation.
We keep group sizes carefully managed, use a wide range of specialist equipment and encourage guests to examine the experience for themselves. We share what happens without telling anyone what they must believe.

We carefully select locations based on thorough research, delving into the history, reports of hauntings, and, wherever possible, conducting our own investigations before hosting events at these sites. We keep group sizes small to minimise overcrowding and noise disturbance during investigations. Additionally, we use some of the rarest equipment available in the field.
Our findings from each event are fully analysed, and the highlights are shared on our social media to ensure you don’t miss a thing.
