Important Information

• No lunch provided on the Friday, so you will need to bring your own. Your ticket includes evening meals and breakfasts as well as tea and coffee (weekend tickets only). 

• The lodge is accessed from the road and along a driveway. There are a few potholes so please take your time. Guests should park in the main car park (past the lodge and to the left and not directly in front of the lodge). 

• There are residential properties nearby, so please keep noise to a minimum when you're outside.

• You MUST check in with a member of the team upon arrival. The register will be in the main entrance – you should sign in and out throughout the weekend – this is our fire register. When you check-in, you will also be able to sign up for any workshops.

• Guests are welcome to move around the building, but be aware that the back stairs and top floor is out of bounds until the investigation begins.

• Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments for social time. Alcohol is permitted in moderation.

• If you’re exploring the village or going outside, we advise bringing warm clothing.

• Please leave the building and rooms as you find them and of course, respect the location and staff. Make sure you hand your key back upon departure.
