Evidence Library (Raw Audio Sessions + Highlight Clips)
The DR60 EVP session files and selected clips are above. Highlighted clips are roughly titled or annotated where possible but open to interpretation. These captures picked up something in our environment and some we can roughly hear after processing through the software. Some things to listen for till we produce the annotated videos...
Sessions - When In, Dont Touch - I came up, I made The Tower - David (Multi Times)

Can you hear them in the files? Please let us know if you find anything else. We’ll update you with a video if you’re struggling with the audio and need guidance on the words.
EDI+ Environmental Data
Sensor overview
Ranges and percentiles below describe the whole 5h39m recording. For EMF and geophone, short bursts matter more than
the session-wide average; for temperature, humidity, and pressure, trend and sudden departures matter more than the
absolute maximum.

Initial Feedback | March 14th 2026
Balgonie Castle is one of the most important locations in our ongoing research. Our team has been investigating the castle for over a decade, returning several times each year with the trust and support of the Laird and his family, who have granted us rare and continued access to study the site and bring guests. That long-term relationship matters, because it means we know the atmosphere of this location well. It is also why the first investigation of 2026 immediately stood out to us.
From the moment we arrived on 14 March 2026, the castle felt different. Greg, Lee and I all remarked on it, and several of our long-term attendees sensed it too. There was a strong air of anticipation before any equipment had even begun to react, as though something had shifted within the building. We still cannot explain exactly what caused that feeling, but it was noticeable enough that I even checked historical dates to see whether we were close to any significant event connected to the castle’s past.

One detail that seemed to follow us throughout the night was the name David. This name appears repeatedly in our audio and is of particular interest to us because of its connection to the figure we often associate with the chapel area — a presence that has interrupted or complicated previous sessions. Whether that energy was somehow stronger on this occasion remains unknown, but the frequency of the captures makes it an important line of enquiry as we continue analysing the material.
As always, we closely monitored the environment throughout the investigation, and some of the most significant live activity came via one of our EDI+ sensor devices. On around five occasions, the unit registered strong EMF fluctuations during key sessions, several of which appeared to coincide with audio captures. What makes this more interesting is that another EDI+ device positioned elsewhere in the room showed no comparable fluctuations, even though it was closer to some of our main equipment, which on this night was focused largely on ITC and audio work.
To be clear on the way we work, and have done for 21 years with constant improvements, we cover all areas of attempted spirit communication, paranormal investigation, and spirituality. This gives us— in our opinion— the best chance to capture communication and record evidence we can share. We cover audio, visual, sensory, and intuitive abilities across three or four sessions and allow everyone to experience this. We structure it so that it’s not a free-for-all with guests interrupting the enjoyment of other guests; we must get the very best opportunities for all visitors. We are trying to allow you an experience that, let’s be honest, is otherworldly. We don’t do things for the sake of doing things; we do it for purpose, reasons, and the bigger picture. We understand that at times it can be long waits for potential evidence, much like fishing, as I always say. You set up, you have everything in place, then you must be patient and hope for a bite, in this case, spirit, if present to communicate with us. Free roam is a time for guests to use everything they know from the night to dig deeper and work in a spirit of harmony with us.

Back to the sessions…
On the night, we also had an unusual guest capture on a mobile phone. At roughly the same time as one of the EDI+ spikes, the device picked up a strange sound that resembled a dog wagging its tail and striking the phone. The guest’s partner, recording at the same moment, did not capture the same sound. We cannot rule out the possibility that the phone was tapped accidentally and very locally, but the incident remains noteworthy, especially as a ghostly dog has featured in previous Balgonie captures and was referenced again during this investigation.
Perhaps the most striking moment of the night came during a break, when the room had been left locked off. Years ago, we captured loud clicks at a camcorder and regretted not having anything filming the device itself. This time, we had two camcorders set up, and both recorded the same loud click at exactly the same moment. To be clear, this was not a general room noise — the sound was registered on both camcorders themselves. Knocking sounds were also heard during this period, raising the question of whether something was interacting with, or watching, our setup while we were away.
Our audio review is still ongoing, but early analysis has already revealed an abundance of captures linked to David, including phrases such as “David is free” and “David and Anne.” Taken together, the atmosphere at the start of the night, the live EDI+ activity, the unusual guest recording, the twin camcorder clicks, and the repeated David captures make this one of the most intriguing Balgonie investigations we have documented in recent years.
